"Customer service was okay , just slow"
I ordered from totalrestroom.com and the actual product was fine . No real complaints there , it showed up as expected and did what I needed it to do .
The slower part was customer service . They were polite when they got back to me , but I had to follow up once before I got a clear answer . It wasn’t a bad experience , just not very quick . I might order again , but probably not if I was in a hurry

"I found the site easy..."
I found the site easy to get around, honestly. I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, and the pages seemed to load fine. The menu made sense, which I always appreciate because some websites make things more confusing than they need to be. Checkout was straightforward too. Overall, it was a smooth enough experience and I don’t really have any complaints.

I returned my order and, for some reason, the refund just wasn’t coming through. I ended up having to chase them about it, which was frustrating.

"Quality was a little disappointing"
I ordered a restroom fixture and at first glance it looked decent, but once I actually handled it, the material felt cheaper than I expected. A few pieces had rough edges (not a huge deal, but still annoying), and some parts didn’t fit together as smoothly as they should have. It does work, so I’m using it for now, but for the price I was hoping for better quality. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Decent selection, but I had a few questions"
I was shopping around for some restroom supplies and ended up on totalrestroom.com. They definitely had more options than I expected, and it was easy to compare different brands and items. I did wish a few product pages had more details though, because I wasn’t totally sure about the quality of some stuff just from the descriptions. Still, I found what I needed without too much hassle. Overall, solid experience, just not quite perfect. 4 stars.

My order showed up exactly as I placed it, with no mix-ups or missing items. The packaging wasn’t anything fancy, but that’s not a big deal since everything was correct

"The box arrived in really rough shape"
When my order showed up, the box looked like it had been through a lot before it got to my door. It was beat up, dented, and just not in great condition overall. Unfortunately, the stuff inside didn’t come out totally fine either, because I noticed some scratches on it after opening everything up. I was a bit disappointed since I expected it to arrive in better shape.

"Showed up earlier than expected"
I ordered from totalrestroom.com and was surprised by how fast it got here. The box showed up a couple days earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a nice little bonus. Everything arrived fine, no damage or missing anything, so overall I’m happy with the experience.
